Topping up balance in personal account
Learn how to add USDT to your wallet so you can open deposits and manage your investments.
Open the top-up dialog
Sign in to your personal account and go to the dashboard overview. In the balance card, click Top up wallet.
A dialog will open with the list of available USDT deposit addresses for supported networks.
Send USDT to the provided address
Select the network that matches your wallet (for example, TRC-20 or ERC-20). Copy the address and send USDT from your external wallet.
Double-check the network and address before confirming the transfer. Sending funds to the wrong network may result in loss of assets.
Balance update
After the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, the credited amount appears in your available balance on the dashboard.
You can track all incoming transfers in the transaction history section. If a deposit does not appear within the expected time, contact support with your transaction hash.
